FYI,
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will make one last stop in the Bay Area this month to talk business before heading back to Washington, D.C.
She’ll be on a panel April 19 in Menlo Park at an invite-only Silicon Valley Leadership Group summit, where the SVLG will announce the results of its seventh annual CEO Business Climate Survey.
I’m told the survey — completed by 153 of the leadership group’s 300 member companies — shows Silicon Valley’s business leaders are optimistic about 2010.
Joining Pelosi on the panel are other folks well-versed in the subject of American competitiveness: Rep. Anna Eshoo, D-Palo Alto; venture capitalist extraordinaire John Doerr; Synopsys Chief Executive Aart de Geus; and McAfee CEO Dave DeWalt.
According to Eventbrite.com, it is to be at Rosewood Sand Hill;
